Sherrybeth Moore
Sherrybeth started her passion for the beauty industry in Beavercreek, Ohio 24 years ago and counting. She has continued to grow while working for Tavernier's Salon & Spa. Sherrybeth specializes in color, corrective color, cutting, dry cutting, extensions and all methods as well as barber techniques. She continues to educate herself on all cutting edge styles and processes. She is forever a student of her craft, and as such, passes that knowledge on to Elite students. She is committed to teaching Elite students everything they will need to go out and succeed as stylist.

Deanna Tavernier
Deanna has more than 20 years experience in the beauty industry. In that time, she has been one of the leading stylists in the Miami Valley.
In May of 2001 she opened Tavernier's Salon & Spa. Tavernier's is a two-time national award winner for quality and growth, and is considered one of the premier salons in the Dayton area.
She specailizes in corrective color and cutting, and instructs Elite students on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Elite students also can get a glimpse into what it takes to own and operate a large salon, and are frequently mentored by Deanna. Tavernier's currently has 10 Elite Hair Academy graduates employed at the Beavercreek salon.
Office Administrator / Cosmetology Instructor
Nicole Welch
Nicole's passion and love for hair started from a young age. Nicole graduated from Elite Hair Academy and is an advanced cosmetologist. She is a certified extension specialist, trained in multiple extensions types. She also specializes in color, blonding, and women's cuts. She trained along-side many of the area's top stylists and salon owners, always taking in as much knowledge as she could.

Maegan Brown
Maegan has had a deep love and passion for everything related to hair since grade school. Maegan graduated from Elite Hair Academy and became a licensed advanced Cosmetologist in 2018. She specializes in color, cutting, and up-do styling. She also assisted and worked closely with Deanna Tavernier, owner of Tavernier's Salson and Spa. She is very passionate about the beautiful industry she has pursued. She loves to educate herself on every new trend and technique. She has also discovered a passion for teaching in the beauty industry.

Fran Anicete
Fran's love for the beauty industry began at a very young age. She has a passion for education and remains a life-long student. An avid believer in continuing education, she maintains licenses in cosmetology, esthetics and barbering. She stays on the 'cutting edge', learning the latest and best techniques.
Fran has over twenty years experience working in award winning salon and spas. She is a former salon owner and has mentored many prospective salon owners throughout her career. She specializes in corrective color and blonding. She has extensive experience in texture services and camouflage make-up.
She has traveled the world, learning, working and educating. She has had the honor of training under many of the industry's finest and her goal is to pay this gift forward to elite students who are the future of this beloved industry.

Alaina Griffin
Alaina graduated from Elite Hair Academy in 2014 as an advanced cosmetologist. She has been working behind the chair as a hairstylist and nail tech, with her primary focus being on nails. She has spent the last 10 years working with and alongside some of the top stylists in the area. Her passion for hair and nails is what drives her to stay on top of the latest trends, fashions, and upcoming must haves in this industry. She now enjoys a life behind the chair, as well as sharing her love and her knowledge with our students.

Brittney Cleaver
Cosmetology Instructor
Brittney has had a passion for the beauty industry since she can remember. When asked what she wanted to be when she grew up it was to do makeup for the circus. In 2009, Brittney attended The Aveda Institute of Cosmetology in Las Vegas and shortly after found herself doing work for Cirque Du Soleil. She specializes in makeup, corrective color, extensions and discovered her passion for teaching. She has worked as an education director and extension educator throughout her career. She is always learning the newest trends and techniques so she can share them to her students. Her passion for this industry shines and she loves inspiring her students to always learn and grow.
Ryan Anicete
Cosmetology Instructor
Ryan is a licensed cosmetology professional and a 2016 graduate of Rudaes School of Beauty. Since obtaining licensure, Ryan has developed a broad and well-rounded skill set through hands-on experience in high-volume barbershops, corporate salon chains, an Aveda salon spa, and a booth-rental salon environment. This diverse professional background has cultivated a strong foundation in advanced technical execution, client relations, and operational awareness. Known for a creative, adaptable approach and a commitment to excellence, Ryan brings valuable real-world industry insight and a genuine passion for the craft to the school and its students.
